How to Exchange Tickets at the Venue

You will need to bring a valid e-ticket and a government-issued photo ID matching the customer’s name on the ticket. 

When you arrive at the venue, visit the ticketing booth to redeem your event ticket. Please go to My Booking on your Traveloka App or open the confirmation email to find your purchase details, then present your booking confirmation to the ticketing staff.

Any ticket holder who is unable to provide the required and valid identification documents may be denied entry to the venue, depending on our partner’s policy or venue restrictions.

Other policies and restrictions are implemented by the event organizer or venue and are subject to change.
