How to Book Buses & Shuttles

1. Search for your bus & shuttle tickets

Open your Traveloka App and tap Buses & Shuttles. Then, enter your origin and destination, departure date, and number of seats.

2. Select a bus or shuttle for your trip

See all the available buses or shuttles for your trip. Select one that suits you best.

3. Read the details of your bus or shuttle

Learn the details about your bus or shuttle, including its facilities, reviews from other passengers, route, and ticket. Then, tap Select.

4. Complete your booking

Fill in your booking details and select your seat(s). If you cannot select your seats, it means that your seats will be assigned by the bus or shuttle operators. After that, complete your payment.

5. Receive your e-ticket

After payment is confirmed, you will receive a Traveloka e-ticket. Use the Traveloka e-ticket to board your bus or shuttle.

How to Book Connecting Buses

1. Search for your bus ticket

Open your Traveloka App and tap Buses & Shuttles. Then, enter your origin and destination, departure date, and number of seats.

2. Select a bus for your first trip

See all the available buses for your first trip. Select one that suits you best and read the details. Then, tap Select.

3. Save your connecting bus

After you select the bus for your first trip, see all the available buses for your second trip. Select one that suits you best and read the details. Then, tap Save to save it to the Saved List.

Pro tip

When possible, choose the same operator for your second trip to make coordination in the terminal/boarding location easier.

4. Book the bus for your first trip

Continue booking for your first trip. Fill in your booking details and complete your payment. Then, you will receive your e-ticket.

5. Go to your Saved List to find your connecting bus

Go to your Traveloka App homepage and select the Saved menu. Then, tap All Saved Items and select the bus you have saved before.

Pro tip

If you are booking for peak season, book your second trip as soon as possible because tickets run out quickly.

6. Book your connecting bus

Continue booking for your second trip. Fill in your booking details and complete your payment. Then, you will receive your e-ticket.

Please note of the following information before you make your booking:

• Saving your connecting bus does not automatically save you a seat on the bus.

• Traveloka does not guarantee the punctuality of each bus.

• Traveloka is not responsible to give any refund or reschedule if the passenger misses the connecting bus under any circumstances.
