Passengers cannot be picked up outside the boarding point. So please go to the boarding point to board your bus or shuttle. 

As for drop-off outside the arrival point, some bus or shuttle operators allow it as long as the passenger’s drop-off location is along the route. However, please check with the bus or shuttle operator in advance for availability.
