To request a refund or reschedule for your booking, please contact your bus or shuttle operator immediately. You can find the number of your operator in your e-ticket at My Booking.
However, before contacting the provider, please make sure that your booking is eligible for a refund or reschedule. To see the refund and reschedule policy, open your bus or shuttle e-ticket at My Booking. Then, scroll down the page, and tap Refund Policy and Reschedule Policy.
