Help Center - Gift Voucher

The recipient does not receive the gift voucher. What should I do?

Customer can resend the Gift Voucher by following this steps:

1. Open Traveloka Apps

2. Go to My Booking Page

3. Go to Purchase List & Search the gift voucher booking that you want to resend

4. Open the Gift Voucher Booking & voucher

5. Click Send

6. Choose Send All Vouchers in PDF File

7. The gift voucher should be sent to the recipient email, if the recipient haven't received the voucher after 3 attempt of self resend you may contact Traveloka’s Customer Service
