I cannot redeem my gift voucher. What should I do?

Steps for self-checking before contacting Traveloka CS

1. Confirm the code to the gift-giver

2. Check the validity period and redeemable products of your GV

3. Make sure the code had not been used in the past bookings

4. Check the error message on the payment screen

5. If the problem persists, send the screenshot of the error message and the booking ID to the Traveloka CS
