I did not continue to pay for my booking. What happened to my gift voucher?

Your Gift Voucher will still be available to use if your booking is not yet paid. Notes:

If your booking is not yet expired, then :

  • You can continue booking through My Booking feature in Traveloka app
  • Or, if you wish to use your Gift Voucher in other booking, then you can remove your Gift Voucher from the previous booking or cancel you previous booking and apply the Gift Voucher in your new booking

If your booking is already expired, then:

  • You can create a new booking and apply the Gift Voucher in your new booking
