To check your refund status, log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App and go to My Account. After that, tap My Refund and you will see your current refund status.
When your refund process is done, you will get an email from us. Your refund will be transferred back to the payment method you used for booking.
Note: Refund will be processed after your refund request has been approved by the airline. Please note that the processing time varies between countries, as detailed below:
