You can change your one-time password (OTP) or verification code method if you have more than one verified destination for OTP.

To change OTP verification method, tap Change Verification Code Destination & select the new intended destination for your OTP (e.g. email address, SMS, missed call, or WhatsApp).

Please note that OTP verification method change requests can only be done 1 time per session.
