I have not receive OTP

If you haven't received a one-time password (OTP) or verification code, try to ensure the following:

1. You have chosen the correct OTP verification method/destination (e.g. email address, SMS, missed call, or WhatsApp).

2. Your chosen OTP verification method/destination can receive messages.

  • For email address & WhatsApp, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection to receive messages.
  • For SMS & missed call methods, please ensure that you have a decent signal to receive messages.

3. Wait 60 seconds before you choose to resend OTP or change OTP verification method/destination.

Important: never share your OTP with anyone, even if they claim to be from Traveloka. Please also note that Traveloka never asks for an OTP.
