To cancel your QuickRide bookings, open your QuickRide e-ticket through My Booking and tap on Cancel Booking at the bottom of the page.

Please note that if you made your booking with Pick Up Now, you cannot cancel your booking once you’re on the way with the driver. For bookings with Pick Up Later, the latest you can cancel your booking is 3 hours before pick-up time.
