There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of AUD 150 at check-out.
