Yes the rooms are always clean, I've stayed multiple times throughout my recovery journey. About maybe the only criticism I would have is they perhaps need to update some of their menu for the restaurant

Always nice to stay here , very convenient location. Always lovely meals also., call in for meal everytine Only downfall is bit noisey especially with line marking 3 am. And can’t use horrible earplugs provided

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
My only suggestion if you pay for a room with a spa that you check the temperature of the hot water first. If it’s not up to your standard of heat then ask for another room.
We booked the room esp for a soak in the bath. However the water was only mildly warm.
That’s my only suggestion. Check the water out first.

Was on the fifth floor and it sounded like a construction site from the floor above timber floors the people above me had kids running around all night the noise was shocking I will never stay on the 5 th floor again and it was a free up grade it was punishment I must say

My partner love the Arkaba Hotel he has stayed there 52 times for business, and he loves it there for the rooms, the meals the easy access to our customers as we travel for work there, he can work from his room and eats in the sports bar. The staff are great as well, happy customer and the price on expedia is cheaper than the hotel.
