Great hotel, lovely big, clean rooms with comfortable beds. We’d really been looking forward to the rooftop pool which was good, but it can get really windy up there which makes it not very relaxing

Very clean room and staff very helpful upon our request related to room service and organizing return postage of something we left at the hotel.
The atmosphere and setup of reception area, lounge area, by the pool, makes you just want to relax.

I booked two rooms online and, during check-in, requested the receptionist to arrange the rooms next to each other. I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, so we were checked into rooms far from each other. However, after check-in, another receptionist advised that the hotel was not fully booked. Additionally, the customer service provided by the receptionist at the time was unsatisfactory.

The room was clean but I found it to be tiny.
Lovely roof top pool although the glass around it could use some cleaning.
Luna bar is top tier.

The stay was good. Breakfast menu was great, lining up for 10 minutes wasnt. Room was ok but definitely not worth the money. And the $50 deposit was ridiculous considering theres nothing in the room to spend it on.
