Staffs are kindly,
Rooms are clean,
So comfortable hotel.
We have plan to go to brisbane actually but cyclone alfred came, so we changed the plan that stay one more night.

I particularly liked the lift system of only allowing people onto their floor. It gave me a sense of safety.
I found the bed hard and uncomfortable. Had i been staying longer than the three nights i would have needed to move.

This hotel is advertised as a suite hotel whereas the rooms are very small, the interior finishes are very old, this hotel will rate at best 3 star in US. Way too expensive for what they offer. The location is good, however, I would not recommend this hotel.
