ibis budget St Peters

Building is pretty tired, and layout of the room a bit odd. Does have AC which is probably helpful in summer, but not much use in winter. Shower was good though and mattress comfy. Sheets clean Breakfast is incredibly basic not as expected. Not sure which continent they were inspired by, but this is not up to scratch for what I would consider a continental. Perhaps should be obvious but most unexpected thing for me was the noise. You're directly under the landing flight path which woke me up. Lastly the building seemed to be unmanned overnight. Where I had a medical complication mid stay it was unclear what to do with my belongings as no staff there to ask. In a usual hotel with a receptionist I would have felt more assured and assisted.

No power point by the bed. Otherwise great low-cost option.

Service was poor, staff are not that welcoming not very nice to guests i didn’t expect them to be real nice but at least we paid for the place and not staying there for free !

originally placed in a room with a broken tv and ac, moved rooms with less beds and a window that made a loud noise. no way to contact anyone inside the building if your phone dies. awful stay

Quality matched the price.

There were several police officers at the hotel one morning. There was an ambulance, police motorcyles, and several cars. They were situated in our hallway, pretty much outside our door. It was worrying. Unfortunately, we were not informed as to why? Once asked, there was a death but not suspicious. There is no safe in the room. We had $200, 4 $50.00 bills go missing from our room. We did not report it since we thought maybe we tucked it in somewhere. However, we are certain, the money went missing. The walls and doors are not sound proof. One can hear every movement in the hallways. There is no elevator incase someone has mobility concerns. The parking lot is dirty with garbage everywhere. We liked the location. Unfortunately, this was teh worse IBIS we've ever stayed at.

Clean room, close to airport for early departure

I had traveled all day and I was tired. I have a knee injury and was hoping for a room on the first floor. I arrived late but then the staff came and he was just wonderful. He told me he gave me a room on the first floor and lo and behold, he gave me a handicapped room which worked really well for me. Thankful for the great service.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy and clean. It’s about what you’d expect for what you’d pay for, if you’re expecting 5 star luxury you pay more but it’s perfect to be used as a base almost for travelling

Clean room, small but perfect for staying. We always stay here as excellent value for money. Close to IKEA & airport. McDonald’s & KFC next door

Basic and dated but reliable and cost efficient.

As expected for a budget hotel but the rooms could use a deep clean.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds.

Parking was easy but be sure to park in the right spots as KFC and Maccas are very close. Close to airport and we walked to Ikea. Staff are friendly. Very basic but grat for the price.
