Quality matched the price.

There were several police officers at the hotel one morning. There was an ambulance, police motorcyles, and several cars. They were situated in our hallway, pretty much outside our door. It was worrying. Unfortunately, we were not informed as to why? Once asked, there was a death but not suspicious. There is no safe in the room. We had $200, 4 $50.00 bills go missing from our room. We did not report it since we thought maybe we tucked it in somewhere. However, we are certain, the money went missing. The walls and doors are not sound proof. One can hear every movement in the hallways. There is no elevator incase someone has mobility concerns. The parking lot is dirty with garbage everywhere. We liked the location. Unfortunately, this was teh worse IBIS we've ever stayed at.

Clean room, close to airport for early departure

I had traveled all day and I was tired. I have a knee injury and was hoping for a room on the first floor. I arrived late but then the staff came and he was just wonderful. He told me he gave me a room on the first floor and lo and behold, he gave me a handicapped room which worked really well for me. Thankful for the great service.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy and clean. It’s about what you’d expect for what you’d pay for, if you’re expecting 5 star luxury you pay more but it’s perfect to be used as a base almost for travelling

Clean room, small but perfect for staying. We always stay here as excellent value for money. Close to IKEA & airport. McDonald’s & KFC next door

Basic and dated but reliable and cost efficient.

As expected for a budget hotel but the rooms could use a deep clean.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds.

Parking was easy but be sure to park in the right spots as KFC and Maccas are very close. Close to airport and we walked to Ikea. Staff are friendly. Very basic but grat for the price.

Very basic hotel, nice and secure but you get what you pay for. Check in time is strictly mandated, though luggage storage is provided.

This is a good 1 night budget accomm. Short share drive to newtown. Clean, beds comfy and a light breakfast. Cheap enough for Sydney.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. N JS No upgrades done inside for what looks like decades ago. Reception bloke, was more interested talking to someone else, not a guest, than attending to me & when a guest who came in was more attentive to them than myself who was standing there after he’d begun. The fridges are still noisy after 10 years since I last stayed a Budget Ibis and I had to turn it off. There was a gap in the window and it constantly whistled, so got toilet paper and ran it around the edge and this stopped it. I realise pillows are a personal choice but to only have a high pillow and a hard pilly)was supposed to be memory foam!!! I got no good sleep and must’ve woken more than 10 times and eventually just got up at 0430.

Ok for the price. Toilet/sink could be cleaner. Blind ripped. Bed very comfortable.
