Everything as expected based on the price you pay. Clean sheets, towels. Comfy bed! TV remote didn’t work but the receptionist quickly fixed that. Onsite parking was great. Two minor gripes - the fridge froze my milk and the kettle was hard to fill up in the tiny sink. Otherwise all good.

Very convenient location of you are attending an event at Olympic Park. The room was very small and shower was in the bedroom behind a curtain. The place was quite run down.

5 day stay. AC was efficient and TV was fine. Very close quarters for two. Room serviced every second day! (Cups not cleaned/replaced and nothing provided to clean them with.) No hairdryer in the room but was available. No hanging space or iron in the room. Only mugs and teaspoons provided - no glasses or plates. 4 teabags for 2 people for 2 days - replacement forgotten on one service day! Parking was $40 per night - not disclosed at time of booking.

Great location for event we attended Staff were helpful and friendly Provided gluten free options at breakfast which was appreciated Room good size for the 3 of us Just needed a bit more focus on cleaning here and there as bedside tables were dirty and found some hair in my son's bed

Very disappointing experience. I always use the “parking” filter when booking and expect results to reflect properties with reasonably available parking for guests. If parking is limited, this should be clearly disclosed, excluded from filtered results, or allow pre-booking at the time of reservation with real-time availability. The listing and pre-arrival message stated parking could not be booked in advance and must be arranged at check-in. Upon arrival, the garage entry showed a red light, preventing access. After waiting 5–10 minutes, I attempted to call the property for 15 minutes with no answer. The loading area was full, leaving no practical place to stop. Using the garage call button, I eventually reached staff and was told parking was unavailable as I had not pre-booked—despite being told this was not possible via Expedia. This conflicting information resulted in me parking over three blocks away and carrying my belongings to the hotel. Expedia support also attempted to contact the property without success. To date, there has been no resolution or compensation. Given the misleading information, lack of support, and inconvenience caused, I believe compensation is justified. The room itself was to be expected in terms of "budget" amenities, but it was also very run-down with damage and scuff marks to several walls. Budget should apply to amenities, not a property in disrepair and unacceptable service.

It was ok I would recommend that the shower curtain are replaced as they had spots of black mold on them And the carpet underneath the the steps to the top bunk also had mold on the carpet

No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby.

The pillow was terrible. It had absolutely no volume at all. The room was clean and tidy but they need a revamp. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there.

First room we were given smelled, carpet was wet. AC was turned off on mains. When we turned it on it started dripping water onto the already wet carpet hence the smell in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and moved us to a different room. Second room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we got moved again to a third room which was good.

Did not expect a bathroom and shower in the middle of the room separated from the bed by just a shower curtain! There’s budget and then there’s ridiculous!
