Great communication with staff to collect key. Room clean & perfect for family of 4. Great shower. Complimentary treats. Excellent location for Skybus/southern Cross Station. Lifts take a while. Nice balcony.

So happy with our stay here, great location close to Southern Cross Station, most surprising was how fabulous it was for the kids (rock climbing walls, lovely gardens to walk around and indoor pool), also very clean and great provision of toiletries etc.

Very impressive - from the start, letting us into our room after midnight (flight delays ) was no trouble, then to be greeted with an amazing room which came with Pringles, kitkat and a big milk. I was sold. Great location.
The only issue was lift traffic (took 15mins to get down to the ground floor on some busy periods).
