We've stayed here for a number of years now it's clean, staff are always welcoming and friendly, hotel is greatly located and easily excisable from airport by train into green square

One Global Green Square feels quite new and in excellent condition. Adjacent to a train station, the hotel is well located to reach the airport and the city. While there are facilities like gym, sauna and spa, we didn't try these out.

Property was very nice. We had 2 beds and 2 baths which worked perfectly for our 3 person group. Parking was a bit of a challenge but once there we had a metro station within 100m away. Easy to get in an out if you don’t drive. Very clean but bathrooms weren’t the best for lighting or flow but worked fine. Water took a very long time to heat up but once at temperature it was good. I’d stay there again though. No problems at at.

Very nice hotel and room, comfortable bed , had a coffee machine, washer drier, dishwasher. Great location, central to everything. Many cafes restaurants etc.. Only downfalls; parking was expensive, spa wasn’t too hot and the jet bubbles weren’t working.

Strict 3pm check-in with no flexibility. I arrived earlier and waited 15 minutes at reception with no staff present, while a queue built up. The only positive is that you can leave your bags while waiting. I was “upgraded” to a one-bedroom, but it’s actually a worse layout than the studio—awkward use of space, difficult to store luggage, and excessive, impractical wardrobes near the entrance. I stayed here a few months ago in a studio and the decline is noticeable. The main issue is cleanliness. Corridors remained dirty for days, suggesting they’re vacuumed only once or twice a week. Elevators were consistently unclean as well. Inside the room, surface-level cleaning is done, but not the details: food leftovers on the table, a sofa with visible yellow stains, a shoe mark on the pillow, hair and buildup around the toilet rim, mold in the shower and washing machine, and a burnt, uncleaned cooking surface. I had to run a cleaning cycle on the washing machine and wipe visible mold from the rubber seal. I also used an entire bottle of bleach on arrival. The view was directly onto a construction site. From around 7am, noise from machinery moving dirt will wake you. There is also an Uber hub below, with constant noise until at least 10pm. Opening windows for fresh air isn’t really an option, as cigarette smoke reaches up to the third floor. I stayed 9 nights due to limited alternatives on short notice. I have cancelled my future booking and will continue looking for other options.

It was centrally located to so many things that I needed. The central transportation for Australia stopped right across the street. Grocery store within two blocks or less. KFC McDonald’s and so much more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very very very clean. It was an Excellent Experience altogether

3 very dead bugs found, dirty kitchen floor, floor to ceiling windows absolutely filthy, used towels left hanging in bathroom, filthy kettle, bedroom sliding door lock broken and caked Pidgeon poop all over balcony

Everything was clean & tidy. I couldn't work out how to use the cooktop. Staff came up to room & showed me that you have to turn it on at wall. Maybe put sign there for people like me.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. Every time I turned on the shower, there was an extremely loud siren-like noise coming from the water pipes that made it impossible to relax. They did move me to a new room, but the problems continued. On top of that, the room was infested with cockroaches — I counted at least 10 to 15 during my stay, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The hotel also advertised a heated outdoor pool, but the pool was freezing cold and clearly not heated at all. The pictures and description online are very misleading. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I requested multiple times to speak with a manager during my entire 4-night stay, and no one ever contacted me or followed up. It felt like the staff simply did not care about the serious issues guests were experiencing. When I filed a complaint through Hotels.com, their representative contacted the hotel, and the hotel reportedly acknowledged that cockroaches in the rooms were “normal.” That response alone says everything about the standards and cleanliness of this property. The only positive part of this hotel is the location. It is right next to the metro, only about a 1-minute walk to a market, and surrounded by multiple restaurants, which made getting around and finding food very convenient. Unfortunately, the good location does not make up for the noise issues, cockroaches, misleading amenities, and poor customer service.

The rooms were very clean and had a modern feel with a lot of amenities like a washing machine and dryer - we had a very comfortable stay.

This was a nice place but it felt very "beat up"... for a 6–7-year-old building. Carpets in hallways needed to be vacuumed; stains on couches and carpets in apaprtment/hotel room. Interior plaza needed to be pressure washed.

The unsuited laundry was fantastic. The cleaning staff was exceptional. We couldn’t get the stove top to work. The shower temperature was difficult to control. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Very good location and very good staff

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. It had all the cooking and cleaning facilities that we required for our stay. Both bedrooms had plenty of space and the kingsize beds were very comfy. The balcony and living area were a good size and the bathroom was furnished to a high standard. The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the city as it is right next to the train station but far enough away from the city centre to be quiet and peaceful in the evening. The hot tub could fit multiple people in it and was very warm. The outdoor pool was not heated so we only used this on hot and sunny days,
