Our stay was absolutely amazing this was our second time at Punthill Little Bourke, and it didn’t disappoint. The one-bedroom apartment was fantastic, with a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom. But the highlight was definitely the bathroom the spa bathtub was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always easy to contact, which made everything even smoother.
We also loved the food scene around the area so many great options within walking distance, making it super convenient. The nightlife was vibrant, and overall, we had an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The entrance is off a laneway in Chinatown, so there no traffic or general city noise at all. Walk to the theatre district in only a few minutes. Secure entrance & friendly staff. Clean but in need of a refurbish, which I was told they will be doing soon

Great location on little Burke. Heart of China town. Easy to get to everything. Options for dining out was amazing. Literally restaurant options as soon as you walk out the door.with quirky lane ways with graffiti art.you never know what’s up a lane way could be a roof top bar or a trendy cafe. Worth the explore.

Although cheap id expect the appartment to be clean. Dust on the stove, not being wiped clean down properly, alot of dust and crap under the bed and couch as if it is too hard to move to clean under. My key fell in to the couch and to my suprise it was filthy with previous peoples food waste rubbish chips and crumbs. I didnt expect a 5 star hotel but the cleanliness of it really needs to be addressed.

I was disappointed that when I went back to my room at 7.00pm both swipe keys did not work. A call had to be made to a central number and security came. It was an inconvenience. I'm so glad in didn't happen later in the night. Unfortunately though there was no one to reissue more room keys so we had to stay in the room for the rest of the night. Or go through the hassle of getting security again to let us into the room.

Fully equipped spacious apartment. Independently controlled heating and cooling. Hidden gem entry tucked away in a small laneway in the middle of Chinatown. Lounge needs replacing very uncomfortable springs and metal protrude but other alternatives chairs etc are finee. Friendly staff.

Fantastic helpful staff.
Especially Angilque on checking in.
Was also allowed early check-in.
Carpets are a bit old with plenty of wear and tear and TV'S need updating.
Bed was comfortable enough

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in a one bedroom apartment at Punthill little bourke. The hotel is tucked in behind Melb Chinatown, so is very central to see theatre, comedy, restaurants and shopping. Reception staff were helpful at check in and luggage storage after check out. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Very convenient for our 2 night stay, room had washing machine and dryer if needed, only thing the shower was over a large spa bath, after knee surgery it was a little different to get into, other wise was a very pleasant stay.

Nice little apartment, very convenient to the city & trams. Dining options everywhere.
The condition wasn't great - light switches were broken but still able to be used. The apartment also smelt a little weird? The washing machine was very loud.
