Great location on little Burke. Heart of China town. Easy to get to everything. Options for dining out was amazing. Literally restaurant options as soon as you walk out the door.with quirky lane ways with graffiti art.you never know what’s up a lane way could be a roof top bar or a trendy cafe. Worth the explore.

The staff were helpful and Vesh was amazing. He remembered my girl’s name and was kind and lovely towards her. The dryer trip the electric points a couple of times and the staff were helpful. Vesh came in to make sure everything was ok and was very patient and kind.

A clean, quiet apartment that is mega close to Her Majesty’s Theatre - walking home from a show late at night was so easy.

Quite a good room for the price. Spacious one bedroom with comfy bed.
Check in closed well before 9 on Sunday due to staffing issues (5.30) and led to some drama in check in as the hotel has no other staff. I think it some of the rooms in an apartment complex.
Now to check in out of hours you use a machine that drops your key into a box with a flap. When I opened it I found just a key rather than, had I checked further, a small envelope with a key in it.
I did think it was strange being just a key but it opened the door and operated the lift but not the room door....
One hour later and multiple phone support type calls a manager turned up and found or dispensensed the key from the box.
He took my key that I had been using, it operated all the lift floors so it was some sort of visitors key for the more permanent residents/small business operators that reside In the building I guess.
The flap in the machine is not locked, my advice would be check first and remove anything that is in there. Then enter your code and what drops is your key.
Anyway not the best start but otherwise a pretty good stay.

Amazing communication from guy that was on shift. Hotel itself was clean, tidy, roomy, quiet.
Our only negative was that the room wasn’t fully stocked. We had one sachet of coffee in the room. We couldn’t get more as we arrived after reception hours and left again before reception opened.

Lovely property. Nice polite staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower which was within a large spa tub/bath. For a short guy like me it was a little difficult to get in and out, especially when wet and slippery.
But lovely apartment otherwise and lovely staff. And terrific location especially if you like Asian dining.

The stay was very convenient and comfortable. The concierge was quite helpful too. However the maintenance of the room was not upto running standards. The air conditioning had a lot of dust falling out and kitchen lights were not working.

The location of the property is great being right in the centre of China Town but it is next door to a TAB and Pokies venue that attracts undesirables smoking around the entry to the hotel. The room was in serious need of painting and a deep clean. Luckily the bedding and towels were clean, otherwise we would have vacated. Admittedly it was a very cheap rate but feel our room didn't meet my expectations and live up to the recent good reviews.

Room was dated and the AC didn't cool the room even on 18 and highest fan. No extra toilet rolls left by cleaning so if you run late at night, too bad. Toilet was running and fridge was loud.

Punthill On Little Bourke Street is in a great location for most travelers. Theatres, dining, wining and catching transport is all easy from here! Reception staff very friendly and helpful, the decor is a little bit tired but it was clean. Very happy!
