Great experience at Rydges. Due to delays with our room being ready, reception staff were wonderful to deal with and upgraded us to two adjoining rooms. The daily buffet breakfast was fantastic and the proximity to everything in Sydney was also great. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious room and great location ! There is a coles supermarket downstairs which is makes it easier if you need to buy any essentials. Also there are a lot of nearby restaurants, public transport such as train is just 5 min walk and bus stop is around the corner. Overall really a good place to stay in the city area.

Great location with lovely friendly ! only negatives where our room was located on 13th floor near staff lifts and was quite noisy from 6am every morning also we thought breakfast wasn’t quite up to scratch with not many choices which were empty on numerous occasions

Staff were incredibly helpful even though they were obviously tested at times by irate customers. It was when the Iran war started and naturally customers were uncertain regarding future plans. Staff handled it well I observed. Restaurant nice and food very good. Laundries were under some pressure. The luggage and concierge were helpful. We would stay again

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, problem was that I picked the wrong type of room for my stay in Sydney with the family, this room was best suited for someone travelling for work. I was told that apartments are available with kitchen and couches but next time I will call the hotel to book

Very comfortable hotel, lovely large room and all very clean. Good breakfast and excellent evening meals in the restaurant and the bar. Quite noisy late at night on Pitt Street so some double glazing there would be a help. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to find the immense shopping center below the hotel. 3 floors of shopping and eating...which we did... One weird thing however, is the bathroom showers....No way to keep the floors dry with the design of the curb free showers. we used every towel, every day just to keep the floor dry. We were worried about slipping on the slick tile after it got wet. To be fair, our hotel in Melbourne was the same...so perhaps an Australia thing?? BUT, that weird detail did not stop us from loving the location, the room, and the excellent sleep we had in the super comfy beds. Price wise the per night rate was reasonable. Don't sign up for the breakfast however...very expensive...You can eat at hundreds of other places within walking distance.
