Fantastic location, right in the middle of CBD with Coles downstairs open until 12. Clean room and bathroom. No view though, given the location. 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park. I highly recommend Hydeaway Cafe by the park for excellent coffee and breakfast.

Location is the best for shopping and eating. The bathroom is clean, just the AC air flowing directly to the bed makes us a bit freeze. Other than that, all good. Thank you.

Great experience at Rydges. Due to delays with our room being ready, reception staff were wonderful to deal with and upgraded us to two adjoining rooms. The daily buffet breakfast was fantastic and the proximity to everything in Sydney was also great. Would definitely recommend!

The front staff is ok.. but the receptionist staff is hard to contact and doesn't really give good explanations.. the story is I stayed for 2 days.. then checked out 2 days later. Then stayed again... when I checked out yesterday, I left my laptop keyboard behind. I asked about it and the answer wasn't satisfactory... yes, it's just a cheap keyboard but I'm also afraid of expensive items...

We booked an Executive One Bedroom King Suite. The photo presented on Travaloka and hotel website had a distinct one bedroom. But what Rydges gave us is as pictured, a room with no distinct bedroom and only a small partitioned wall. When I alerted the receptionist about this (name tag-Robert), he assured me that he would look into it and let me know via email on the same day we checked in. He even took a picture using his phone of the attached photo. We did not hear from him or any other Rydges staff regarding this until we checked out 5 days later.

The front desk staff were very friendly with my little grandchildren. The kids very excited about their passports and photos, loved decorating the muffins. All staff very friendly.

The hotel location is good, there are many Asian restaurants nearby.

Great location in the middle of city. A lot of restaurants near the hotel, and also supermarket and minimarket. Walk only 5 minutes to the tram. Nice and big room also. Excellence!

Location is great and probably the only thing great about this hotel. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here. The dust is very thick especially on the carpet and the chairs. The dirty plates were not removed by the Housekeeping staff when they came to clean the room the first morning. The bathroom really looks old. It really seems like they just rely on the great location the hotel is positioned. A little bit more attention tp detail would make our stay wonderful.

The hotel locatin is very good, near shopping centres, restaurants. We experienced difficult to call the front office and/or room service staff at night between 8pm-10pm, no body answered our call ie. Would like to order french fries.

The hotel is close to a number of halal restaurants. Transportation is easy & walking distance to shopping areas.

The bed is so soft, even my small child had back pain.
