The staff at the space capsule are extremely helpful and kind. They made me feel extremely welcome. The main front desk staff were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The mattress could be better since it's paper thin and it's looks like they blown all of there budget on the pods but I really enjoyed my stay

Wouldn’t book with them. They say to email them if you’re late arriving and they’ll email you what you need on arrival.
I received nothing and was stranded in Sydney City Centre with no where to sleep and they claimed they were there waiting for me but I did not receive any instructions whatsoever.

The place is very dirty, I only stayed one night and I couldn’t bring myself to even shower at this place. Just taking my shoes off and walking into my pod my feet were disgusting. When the cleaner was out the next morning he was just giving the rooms a very light sweep and there were no signs of mops!
The Pod itself is quite spacious for one person, the foam mattress is quite thin so not the comfiest. There’s nowhere private to get dressed etc so bare that in mind if you’re a bit more modest than most.

More of a homeless shelter than a hostel. The place is filthy from top to bottom. Large lounge area but again tired and dirty. The pods are dated and half of the controls no longer work. They get sweltering hot with only a aeroplane style air valve which makes a noise. Went to check in, nobody there for 20mins. Nobody at check out either (8am in the morning). Cleaner just opened my pod without warning. I’d only recommend staying here for one night in an emergency. The only positive is the location on George Street. I also noticed that many of the 5 star reviews is the reviewers first ever review…

Positive: The capsules are private, quiet and cosy. Bedding was very clean.
Negative: They charge $5 for towels, and that day there was a laundry mix up and they didn't have any available. Staff was very nice, but no towels. :/

Not worth it. Bathrooms are unclean, showers don’t lock. Mattress is about 2cm of foam so you’re practically sleeping on the floor.
Hotels.com we’re incredibly helpful with lodging a complaint but the property itself did not entertain the process.

More like a dorm than a hotel, the mattress was not comfortable at all. At times the capsule got hot as the air-conditioning didnt seem to flow through into the rooms properly. Also quite loud as people came in and out and took random phone calls in their pods at all hours of the night. The mens room only had 2 of 3 toilets working and the shower heads need attention. The pod itself is dated and not entirely functioning in all its controls. 10 out of 10 for location, and value for money if you get a cheap rate.

I had to use my t-shirt as a towel. Checkin is only open between 10.30am and 6pm and I found during these hours that towels need to be hired from reception.
There was no top sheet on the bed, just a dirty blanket, so I had to roll myself in the bottom sheet. The bed didn't have a proper mattress and the pillow was small and hard.
I have never seen showers so small and only a small tinted mirror in the bathroom, so the dirt isn't as obvious maybe. Most of the powerpoints were broken. Piles of things everywhere and the whole place had a strange smell. Plus rude staff.

First time using this type of accommodation. Staff admitted that the installation was quite old, so some features like temperature control weren't working, though it wasn't really an issue. By no means soundproof, to put it politely. Well managed, but toilet cubicles were not up to scratch. One seemed permanently shut, and one you had to pee from the side not the front of the bowl.
Management was good and helpful.
Last Minute check-in instructions were unhelpful and quite out of date.

Good little capsule hotel for the price.
Pros: the staff were super helpful when my pod/locker had issues. Price and location are great. Felt safe while there.
Cons. Some of the toilets are so small you need to sit side ways on the toilet. But others are much better. When I was there one of the three showers on my floor didn’t produce anymore than a dribble
