Great breakfast and good location

It is a very cool place to stay

DO NOT STAY HERE. Would give negative stars if possible. The experience while we were there was okay but after checkout I realised I had accidentally left some items behind of considerable value. I contacted them straight away and thus began a gigantic ABSOLUTE rigmarole. I have sent them over 10 emails with delayed response (to which I have supplied everything they need to mail my items back including my credit card details) and have had them hang up on me multiple times. HORRIBLE service. It appears they have taken my items for personal use and have made an absolute joke of their customer service after paying quite a large amount to stay there. For them to request my credit card details and then ghost me on all accounts seems very suspicious. UNPROFESSIONAL, SHADY AND INCOMPETENT

Staff was extremely helpful. The space is really lovely. Rooms are a good size. The pool area is a great layout. Enjoyed all the drinks and food I has during my stay.

A lovely place to stay on our first visit to Australia. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat of drink much there as there were plenty of other places nearby and we had the benefit of local family to chauffeur us about. Lovely room with a great view.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location. The parking was really handy as well. Lovely staff and the shower is amazing.

Had an average check in experience but the rest of it was brilliant. We loved the staff at check out and also during the stay. The check in staff was a little aloof and did not seem to care that we were there waiting.

Great place for an overnight stay in Perth.

I enjoyed the quiet. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast, but was otherwise closed. Dinner was only available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so I had to order in, or go out for a meal. This resulted in 3 days of rubbish sitting in the room. Dirty towels weren't replaced with fresh ones. No cutlery, Beverages limited to coffee and green tea, as it hadn't been replenished. There was also no sweetener, just sugar. There were yellow stains on the carpet, and the toilet started running at random times (which I knew how to stop luckily). If it wasn't for the staff and the cold breakfast bar, I would only have given 1 or 2 stars. This is definitely not a four star hotel.

The room was clean and facilities adequate, unfortunately Perth city and the local area where the hotels are all located appears to have a high number of homeless and persons suffering effects of prohibited drugs, making trips on foot uncomfortable, even during business hours. The food / room service was below average.

The hotel is in a good position and the best thing is the bar/restaurant area . It is really lovely. Pool area could be bigger though if took away some outside tables. The main criticism is the family rooms with two beds are on the side of the hotel where you can hear music from a club until the early hours…not good.

Great location for a night out at affordable price per night. We managed to get adjoining roooms and breakfast was good. Coffee machine was terrible though. The customer service was ok. They appeared tired or hungover.

Overall the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Being a seasoned traveler would have been good to view the room from a higher floor - stayed in 4th floor so view of buildings out our window! Breakfast and bar area located on the first floor is fantastic.
