Good location for if you have a car, limited parking under the hotel which was tight but we managed to get a space ok which was ideal as you can walk into the city.
Overall an ok hotel which provided coffee and coffee machine which was an added bonus, only negative for us was that it was quite noisy (outside street noise/air conditioning from another building) and the bed was super soft

There was no water pressure out of the taps in the hand basin. As a consequence I did not even try the shower.
This was an upgraded room so very disappointing for nearly $200 a night.
The staff were wonderful and the room eas very clean and tidy

An excellent centrally located property with free parking. The room was comfortable, and there is a very nice cafe downstairs open for breakfast ad lunch.
I have some mobility issues, and found access easy, with a lift to all floors including the car park, and no stairs to negotiate.
My only minor issue was that the only towel rail is high above the toilet, out of reach of shorter people.

At check in I was told the lift shuts down from 8pm to 7am due to safety reasons ?? Expedia site reads under ‘see more about the property’ Convenience - LIFT & Accessibility- LIFT? It does NOT mention lifts are turned off from 8pm to 7am! A major issue if you can not use steps…. During these times. You are STUCK!!!! Extremely disappointing …. You could simply state this on the booking site and I would NOT have booked a room there at all!!

Close to Queen St Mall, walking distance to Suncorp Stadium but shower head barely worked, bathroom old and cramped.

Would have expected better for $599 per night for 1 adult and 5 teens. No kitchenette. Feels yuck filling up you drinking water beside a toilet in the bathroom. Little pod machine that makes the hot water taste yuck - just a normal kettle would have been better
