Room was clean and a perfect size. Was great to have a gym on site and be super close to everything. Front desk staff were professional and made everything easy for us after long travel.

Very convenient location if you want a beautiful view of the harbour without the crowds. Short walks to train stations or easy to catch a bus. Good restaurants nearby, and a grocery across the side street by the hotel. Harbourview room is clean and spacious. Liked it so much, booked it again for our return to Sydney in another week.

Dark and dingy. The rooms were akin to a premier inn. The staff were not overly friendly on reception so when we arrived we didn’t feel very welcomed. The rooms were incredibly noisy and we had to knock on the walls one night as the family with kids next door were making so much noise at midnight! Breakfast was ok but expensive. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel well situated for walking distance to museums, art galleries and local bus service to travel to Bondi beach to start the coastal walk to Coogee- an absolute must as the paved walk way winds along stunning secrecy . You can catch a local bus from Coogee back to CBD. One can walk to the Domain and then downhill to Sydney harbour/ opera house/ferries to Manly. Hotel in a quiet area for sleep! I will be using it again.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The gym is falling apart, the laundry room has broken machines, the place is overpriced for what it is. The only thing that this place has going for it is a decent location.

The staff was accommodating, we had asked a couple days before for an early check-in. When we arrived we could have checked in with a $50.00 fee which we declined. The buffet breakfast was very good, hotel was quiet. Our restaurant on was quite spacious with a great view of the harbour. The room was clean, an eventual paint job would be in order.
