Clean and comfortable rooms in very convenient location. Two very short train stops to the city. Lounge area with coffee machine and tea; light snacks, pastries, fruit, etc served in the morning. Love this hotel.

I had a single room and it was great value for what I paid. However, the room is small and on reflection I should have got the next size up room. Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to train station which was one stop from Central. Also a short walk to Woolies, shops and restaurants. Free Nespresso machine (seemed to be always turned on) and breakfast snacks on level 1 were very convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and for me it’s convenient for the airport. There is a light breakfast available included in the price but I didn’t want anything to eat but I’m sure it’s good value. The hotel is about a minutes’ walk from Green Square, it’s hard to get lost! I used to live in this area and I wanted somewhere to stay close to the airport and it’s great if you have an early flight as you miss the peak hour train commuters as they’re going the opposite way. Nice hotel if you just need somewhere to rest your head for a night or two. I was allocated an accessible room as I checked in late at night but I didn’t mind it.

Value Suites is an excellent budget hotel. It's proximity to the Green Square rail station was fantastic, as was the the nearby bus routes. Breakfast was provided every day with coffee & tea available all day. The cleaning staff were friendly & meticulous with sheets, towels & garbage changed every day which was much appreciated. My room had a microwave, plates, utensils all the things one needed to prepare meals & the fast food franchises were a short walk away. A terrific combination!

The room itself was clean, but very basic. Bathroom was very small. Could feel the soft springs in the mattress, it offered no support. The spotlight outside the balcony lit up the room all night, even when the blinds were drawn, and the air conditioner had a bubbling noise the entire time. Little to no sleep was had.

A really nice hotel at an ideal location. It's a very short walk (2 min) to the train station. I was particularly impressed with their coffee bar. They have snacks, fruits and a good selection of coffee. The machine can make all sorts of black or milk coffee. They also offer all the amenities one would need: microwave, dishes and utensils for your leftovers, a coin-operated laundry room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Sydney.

The complimentary grab-and-go bites were convenient, and they also supplied a range of teas and coffees. My room was spacious and clean; however, the sound outside of the room was very transparent, especially at night. But overall, the experience was great and highly convenient being a 1 minute walk from Green Square station
