Very quiet and private! Very well situated, easy walking distance to all attractions. 6 min walk to AirPort Express train, nice rooms, super friendly staff!

This is a great base for exploring Vienna with Wien Mitte just up the road to get you pretty much anywhere. Direct train from the airport on the CAT. Really friendly staff. Good shower. Compact room but not too small. An interesting hotel with a huge ornate concert room in the middle of it.

Ruby Sofie Hotel in Vienna has a fascinating history! Originally built as a bathhouse, it was later transformed into a concert hall due to its outstanding acoustics. Over the years, it hosted performances by legends like Johann Strauss and even The Kinks. Today, the hotel blends vintage furnishings with modern stage lighting, creating a unique atmosphere. It offers soundproofed rooms, rain showers, and aromatherapy products for relaxation. The bar is open 24/7, serving cocktails and regional specialities, often accompanied by live music from local artists. Its location is also a highlight—near the Danube Canal and Ringstrasse boulevard, just an eight-minute walk from Wien Mitte railway station. Sounds like a place with character. At that moment, everything was perfect, with nothing to complain about.

We loved the hotel, it was stylish, close to Mitte so really helpful for the city airport train, had great facilities: we would stay again!

Not very clean the room. Strange design: going to showers via the loo. Bfast poor for the price of hotel. Kitchen overall. Nothing to order at night.

Excellent stay as always. Have stayed multiple times. Hotel is convenient to airport train, and walking distance to many major sites. Good shopping nearby, and restaurants nearby are quality.

Stayed one night, was a good 20 min walk to get into city center. Hotel was ok for a quick stay but wouldn't choose again for a longer stay.

Spent the night in Vienna after a delayed flight. Needed a room short notice. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. Great location close to metro station.

Very disappointed no lunch or dinner options in hotel. Hotel is oddly designed as well. No true reception, main entrance is actually for a private gym. Breakfast was good, staff very nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; just a short walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to Stephansplatz, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff, especially Juls, went above and beyond, always friendly and eager to help with any questions. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience!

We stayed here for two nights, the place was clean and had a unique , old Austrian ambiance to it. A convenient location. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. Henrik was very nice in directing us to different, more convenient ,transportation option for our next trip. The breakfast was very nice, they had hard and soft boiled eggs, an assortment of baked goods and breads, an assortment of jams yogurts ,cheeses ,cold cuts and drinks hot and cold. They even offered us a free alcoholic drink. We would love to come back.
