Citybox Brussels Centre Louise

Cant comment on parking since i didnt have a car but everything else was great! Excellent helpful staff too

Out of the 4 nights I have stayed in the property, the first half were troubling, but the second half was acceptable. The top floor room I was first assigned to didn't have functional air circulation (warm humid air was expressed even if the aircon was turned to max setting). Fortunately, under the help of the hotel staff I was moved to a lower floor. However, there was a power issue on the floor the next night and it wasn't fixed until beyond midnight. The staff member was being as helpful as they can, but there weren't enough staff to manage a separate customer issue as well as the power issue (which affected more rooms). The room reminds me of another hotel brand which are also minimalistic in branding and services, but unfortunately my experience in Citybox Brussels has deterred me from choosing the brand in other cities, which is a shame. I do have to say I am thankful for the in-house staff which tried their best to troubleshoot things, and the room itself is fine (furniture and interior design wise) but the rooms are inconsistent in quality, so the opinions are polarizing.

First time we booked in a modern, self-service hotel in Brussels known for its affordable design, convenient location, and efficient check-in/out process. It was a blast while it was near places we wanted to go to.

Self service check in experience is not straightforward. Easy to make mistake. GUI needs work Soap dispenser was empty in Bathroom. Was not sure tap water was potable/drinkable in Brussels. No water bottle machine in Hotel.

No complaints, rooms were clean and modern.

Brussels Hotel for a non eventful Saturday night was expensive. Citybox is exactly what it says. You are in a box. While I would understand it if it was to keep costs down, it wasn't cheap. It also was in an ok region, but nothing special was at the doorstep to make this a prime location.it wasn't horrible, but over priced. If i win the lottery, I might consider staying again, as it had facilities that required paying for, like laundrette for 7€, coffee machine for 3€, plates and fridge, but lacking kitchen utensils to prep and cook food. Maybe ok for breakfast?

1st room exceptional hot and air con not working, but room changed without hesitation by reception staff. Liked the shared facilities including washing machine and kitchen. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms was poor. great central location, 2 minutes walk to Louisa metro.

I was so disappointed about this hotel I wanted to give them a good rating but I’m so mad I was charged twice one in my master card then boa Credit card I called Expedia, Expedia called city box, they kept saying I was only charged one time I have receipts to show them I sent it to Expedia, still denying that I was charged twice

great hotel with convenient check in and check out. Its kitchen and laundry are plus for travelers.

Awesome service

The place was in the right location, you don't have to travel to visit place. Everything is around you that you want. The facility is clean and the staff are great and helpful.

Hotel is centrally located in Brussels (closest metro line is Louise but also extremely walkable if you are up for a little exercise). Hotel is very modern and self check in and out machine… very convenient, rooms are great (we got the one next to the street, which is fine but during like festivals or events, the sound can be bad.. 😅) However two issues staying here recently (at least 1st week of May 2025)… 1. Entire Hotel turned up the heaters so the room gets hot (you can manually shut it off but some of heat will still flow inside). Therefore this is a “centrally” controlled Cooling/Heating hotel even though you have options to either turn on A/C or Heating.. So had to crack open the window but at the time, too much craziness was happening so it was noisy 2. Bathroom is tiny.. and the shower itself, the water pressure was a bit weak and also the drain itself is clogged… they need to make sure there isn’t a pool of water hovering and waiting to be drained out 3-5 mins afterwards, it should be microseconds that the water should drain out… maybe too many hairs from previous guests?? Otherwise, good stay, especially solo
