Great hotel for a family traveling with a large vehicle. The location is not too far off the highway. We parked in the onsite garage and left the driving to Uber for the tourist sites . The staff was friendly and provided lots of local info. There wasn't too much to do near the hotel, but it was a good base away from the city center.
Upon arrival, we decided to dine at the hotel bar/restaurant. It was really good! We opted for the breakfast package, which features an impressive buffet and ample coffee options.
Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I highly recommended this hotel whether you're on business (near NATO, airport) or a Brussels getaway.

I had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Brussels! The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and not too far from the city center.
The on-site restaurant was surprisingly good (although as a pescatarian, I found the menu a bit limited) and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. They were also very attentive to my allergies and made sure to customize my meals with care. A special shoutout to Ashraf, who made every visit to the restaurant feel warm and welcoming — his service was truly exceptional.
We did run into one issue with our original room—the AC was incredibly loud, almost like it was screaming—but the front desk handled it quickly and moved us to a quieter room without any hassle.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Brussels, especially if you value good service and a calm atmosphere.

We stayed as a family with two kids, and sadly, our experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming—no greetings, no smiles, not even a simple “hello” or “good morning,” which was very unusual based on our extensive travel experiences. We’re still unsure why the attitude was so cold.
The only staff who were warm and friendly were the cleaning team—they were genuinely kind and a bright spot during our stay.
The hotel doesn’t offer anything for children, which made the stay even less enjoyable for our family. We ordered room service at one point, only to be told by reception to come down and collect the food ourselves, which was quite unexpected. Later, when we tried to dine at the restaurant, we were informed by the waiter that they couldn’t serve us due to a conference and being short-staffed—so again, no food available.
On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean. However, the bathroom is in serious need of renovation—the shower was old and rusty.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had good varieties and the staff are very friendly. My requests were all taken care in prior and there were no surprises.
The only concern I had was it was not close the city centre or tourist spots. But with good public transport in Belgium this was not a big concern for me.
