Ok hotel spacious rooms. Good size bathhroom with walk in shower. View of immediate buildings or walls from room window not so great. Carpet was not clean and had a smell. Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. Good breakfast buffet selection in spacious dining area. Overall good

The hotel was lovely and clean and the breakfast buffet fantastic. The only downside is for anyone who is a light sleeper we could hear trams all night and a lot of noise from other rooms, however there is sn option to have a quiet room so maybe that would be better. Overall location good, bed comfy, I would stay again just gave a quiet room

Really great hotel, staff was accommodating and friendly. We had to switch rooms twice due technical issues but they were extremely prompt with that and we had an overall positive experience. Would not only stay again but also recommend to friends and family.

The ‘lounge’ was a great asset whether as a place to work during the day or for a few drinks/dinner in the evening.

A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout.

You have created an eco-friendly ambience! However, your personnel, though they are professionals, do not look happy and satiffied. My impression is that they are not paid sufficiently and their working periods stirctly controlled. So you created eco-friendly ammbience but your personnel's effort is not genuinly friendly among themselves, not to your clients though but lacks sincerity. You have to adapt your eco-firendly concept also to your personnel management policies!

The bar lounge was very cool and the breakfast buffet was good also. However, the carpet/moquette throughout the hotel was disgusting, old and dirty. They should invest in wood flooring.
