Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas.

It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time.

Breakfast was very expensive and poor quality. The cooked food was extremely disappointing. We had an omelette that was overcooked and french toast that was very watery with little flavour. The chicken sausages were rock hard and the bacon was overcooked and difficult to chew.

The room was beautiful however the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and had a big stain on the bottom of the bed which looked disgusting. The bathroom also had a marble tile that wasn't there which looked a little unsightly. When you pay as much as you do for this hotel you expect it to be perfect.

We were very disappointed with our recent 6-night stay in a Junior Suite. While the hotel lobby was lovely and the rooms themselves were acceptable, the overall experience fell far below the standard expected from a property of this category. Across four different nights, between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 AM, we were repeatedly woken up by a strong smell of cigarette smoke entering our room. This is completely unacceptable in any situation, and especially in a hotel that advertises itself as non-smoking. The smell was so intense it prevented us from sleeping properly. Even more concerning, we were traveling with a young child, and the exposure to smoke posed a genuine health risk. We reported the issue twice to the Front Desk. The first time, the clerk insisted it was impossible because the hotel is non-smoking. He said he would check the 5th and 3rd floors, but when I returned to ask for an update, he admitted he had not checked both floors as stated. On the second occasion, both clerks claimed they could not smell the smoke—even though it was extremely noticeable. What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of follow-up. After returning home, I emailed the hotel three separate times seeking clarification and resolution, and never received a single response. This lack of professionalism and accountability is not what one would expect from a hotel of this level. The repeated nighttime disturbances, the inadequate handling of our complaints, and
