Mold & infiltration on ceilings in public areas; rundown; rooms around air vents dirty & moldy. In room, causes irritation with lungs so cough - HEALTH HAXARD. Sliding Door bathroom stuck unable to open my 93yr old mom got stuck several times where we had to force open, buttons inside Elevador dont work forcing you to step out in an odd floor to get in another to reach your room,

I paid for 2 days reservation i tried to check in for the next day in morning they wouldn’t allow me to even though it was already paid for the day before, i was tired they told to wait until check in time which was 5 hours later!

Great location, close to major beaches and premium shopping locations. Rooms were very clean and staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast food was amazing. Lunch menu not so good. Steak was ok. Lobby area clean and welcoming. Gym needs maintenance. Pool was dirty. Amazing views from roof top pool area. Bartenders at the pool were great. I’d stay here again!

Acho que a manutenção deixa um pouco a desejar. A porta do banheiro não estava fechando. O porta papel higienico estava escorado com papelão .
