Very very small rooms , unprofessional and rude reception. The location is good

It is a simple place for a one night stay. You get what you paid for so do not expect too much. The location is great, close to the train station and the shopping area.

Second time I've stayed there, and will stay again in the future. Great service.

I was really pleased with my stay due to the convenient location for exploring Sofia, the cleanliness and quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is situated near a central metro station and within easy walk of all of the main attractions in the city. It is also in a good location to be able to take tours from nearby around other areas of Bulgaria. It was also useful having a supermarket nearby. The room had a tv which was nice in the evenings after some busy days out. The staff were always friendly and made sure I had all the information needed. If I came back to Sofia, I would definitely stay here again, I felt it was great value for money considering the high room quality and great central location.

Ok, needs a lick of paint and wish they told me it doesn't have a real window, photos they use are a bit deceiving

Safe and secure: Good central location. 2 minutes from a Tube stop. Busy enough area and quiet at night. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, decent WiFi, good size TV, excellent stretch, yoga, pilates, meditation area on the top floor: free coffee, teas and mineral water, modern building services, free secure lockers on the ground floor for luggage storage: All in all, a well run hotel.

The staff was helpful and spoke English. The hotel had storage lockers for luggage. The hotel is very close to all of the main tourist sites.

Very nice location, near from Serdika station which is M4 line directly connected to the airport. One thing, it smells smoke even though it is a non smoking room.

An a cell entry located, clean and friendly property, but everything looks a little better when you arrive than it turns out to be. Little things in the room were broken when you tried to use them and the all-important coffee facility downstairs also broke. Still, aside from that, it was fine.

I was sent an email with wrong details which made me very confused and had to contact the hotel to confirm that they haven't booked the wrong room. Me and my partner found the hotel quite easy. I was able to check online and was given a code to access the building. We were greeted by the receptionist, who was polite and friendly. There is a lift which did help us as we were on the second floor and had a large and heavy suitcase. On arrival on the second floor we noticed a massive spot in the carpet as if someone has just gone for a piss or spilled something. We decided to ignore it as this was not in our room. However, when we got to the room there were stains all over the carpet and there was a mouldy smell all over the room. The room we were given had a window overlooking the street and even though the window was closed, we could still hear the street noise. There was some kind of problem with the TV and it won't connect so we were unable to use it. With all this going on we decided that we did not want to stay in this hotel and had to book another place to stay for our 2 remaining nights in Sofia.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasent encounter at.l check in. As the front desk insisted that I should have checked in on line while the link that they send me did not work. And he the front desk Kept on insisting that I should have done the check in on line completly egnoring deserving customer service. And the room was not ready at the check in time. Hotel looks tierd but after upgrading to suite it was much comfortabel. It is an ok place to stay for a short visit. The location is great by being close to the metro lines but the imidiate ambiant not so great.

The hotel room are very small looks like hostel not a 4 star hotel probably 2 stars hostel.There is no hot water in the bathroom now windows in the room. I was mislead from the high stars reviews but probably most of them are fake. The hotel is good only for one night stay. I will not back in the future!

The room did not have any windows inside and it was hard to breathe inside, otherwise everything was fine.

Stayed with my husband and kids for 2 nights. Not sure what other reviews were talking about as this hotel was fresh, clean, and cute. Perhaps soom rooms are not renovated? Located next to the famous market. Parking down the street. Water xnd tea available in the lobby. Fun decor. No issues though the code based locks were kinda annoying
