We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. Hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room overall it was a great experience staying there. Thank You Team Clarion.

Such a beautiful building. I can only imagine how grand it was. The staff amazingly lovely. Helpful in every way. The price of the room was very affordable. Location excellent. I hope that it will become again what it once was.

The room had a small refrigerator but there was no microwave. So to heat any food, I had to go to the main floor and use the microwave. Then, I had to bring the heated food to my room. The bed was not made everyday. It was just made on the 3rd day when the towels were also changed. They start the mornings breakfast from 6:30 am which was a bit late for me. The breakfast was same everyday with pancakes, eggs and sausage served everyday.

This property is awful value for money, stay at more reputable hotels nearby!! Every part of this hotel is falling apart, it is clear the owner is out of funds to repair it. During our complete stay the ‘boiler’ was broken, leading to the entire facility not having hot water. The front desk worker admitted they were instructed by ownership to do nothing for guests, but lie and gaslight about the issue. Please spend your money elsewhere, where all amenities are offered as advertised, and customer service exists.

This place is in dis repair and has obviously sustained alot of water damage. The first room I was given had mold on the ceiling, half of the top floor looks like a bomb went off.

I've been to this hotel at least 6 times in the last two years. No ice machine, no microwave in room. They have been making the same claim OF renovating for two year's. Have to get ice from the restaurant and use a staff microwave. Thought it would change but not. Never again.

We stayed for three nights. Came in for a wedding,didn’t spend much time there. Just needed a bed and a shower. There was no hot water, complained every time we needed a shower. The staff said they would get maintenance,never got hot water the entire time. We checked in late afternoon on Friday. There was no posting or told the hotel had no hot water. We asked to speak to the manager, he would be in on Monday. We were given the impression that it was our room. We asked to be put into another room. The staff told us they would get back to us,never did. One of the staff told us,they didn’t have hot water for the hotel since Thursday. How does a hotel function,without hot water. They served a Buffett breakfeast,wash towels, bedding,clean rooms. This requires hot water. Spoke to the manger on Monday,he refunded me $50. The hotel was grungy,parking lot a mess,landscaping a mess,missing lights and garbage.

This hotel knowingly checked us in even though they knew our floor wouldn’t have hot water. Their customer service is garbage and their hotel is unkept. Even if they aren’t trying to hose you I would suggest not to stay here

The staff were friendly and polite The beds were so comfy Unfortunately we stayed two nights and both mornings there was no hot water. So showered in cold and the room was not cleaned or made up in between days Being in industrial area not great. No where to walk to Asked for some compensation for all and told you will get an email about it. Noone to talk to so charged full prices. Lets see. Not impressed at all

The AC in the room I stayed in didn't work. The hotel was going to send someone up to look at it but I told them not to bother after no one showed up after over an hour. There was no hot water on Friday when more people checked in. On Thursday when I checked in there was pretty much no cars in the parking lot and there was hot water so there is an obvious boiler issue. The property is just not maintained and I wouldn't stay again.

Check in was fine. Was woken up in the middle of the night by a noise that can only be described as a plane passing over the hotel. Problem was that this noise continued for 2 hours straight. The noise was continuous and not coming from anything in our room. No microwave in the room (most hotels have a fridge and microwave in rooms nowadays). Then when I got up in the morning and turned on the water for a shower, the water was ice cold and didn't warm up at all. After not being able to take a shower, we checked out. We gave our concerns to the person on the desk and he told us that the hot water was not working anywhere in the hotel (so they knew this but neglected to tell us). He pretty much just shrugged his shoulders. Extremely disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Room was clean. There was no hot water. It has been broke for a while. Staff said it just happened. The bathroom had a couple of broken tiles and the shower curtain was hanging at an angle. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was a condenser not soap. The bed was comfortable. TV did not work. Breakfast was minimal. Not recommended.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. That said, the lobby felt unusually large and empty, which gave it a bit of an odd atmosphere. The biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water in our room, so we weren’t able to shower. If the hot water issue is resolved, this could be a much better place to stay.

The room had a nauseating smell to it and the air conditioner did not work properly. The temp. was 25C when we got there at 10 PM. We called the front desk , but there was no answer. We finally got it to start up, but it didn't keep the room temp. to what we had set it for. It was extremely hot all night and along with the bad smell in the room, we did not have a good sleep. Breakfast was ok.

Upon arriving, there was a 10 minute wait as no one was at the front desk and there was a line up for check in. Room was okay with comfortable beds. Hot water took a mininum of 5 minutes to reach a tolerable temperature and for 2 days it never got hot at all. The place looks abandonded as there is no staff anywhere. There was only 1 staff member at the front desk and that's all we saw. We stayed for 3 nights, and no one came to clean our room. We ran out of towels and I had to ask the front desk for towels mutiple times. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
