Excellent property for Niagara Falls weekend. Easy to walk to from NY side and down to the Canadian water side and dinner options. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful with a few unique needs we had. Just wish they had breakfast provided as part of the room price (even if a little more) as the onsite breakfast for $20/pp was just standard hotel provided breakfast (minus the made to order omelette bar).

We stayed for 4 nights and was advised that the housekeeping will not come everyday, which is fine, we can just call if we need clean towels. So the housekeeping just came once in our entire stay and yet she did not even vacuumed the floor and cleaned the bathroom to remove the hairs in the bathroom. It’s very disappointing.

Room was clean! Property very well maintained! I received a few charges on my card with no explanation. We didn’t use anything but the room bed and shower.

Check in was fine but surprised that they did not want to as the points to my loyalty program with Marriott because I booked my reservation with Expedia, I was not happy by this. If the hotel chain don’t approve points from third party why they advertise it on third party website in the first place. Also, room has some dirty towel and when we request something in return, the front desk refused, and poorly acknowledged our concern. There was no safe, alarm clock in the room either. The room window faced external AC unit, had very bad view. Overall not the experience I was hoping to have from Courtyard chain of hotels.

We decided to give up our disability access room as my father in law was not able to travel that far from Brighton and where able ti get a family member to watch him for the weekend. The young lady at front desk thanked us and changed our room to another with a bubble tub which my wife loved. THANKS for great service BUT shower door is an accident waiting to happen as it sticks closed and doesn't close shutt.

Our 3 day stay was wonderful. Staff were great and the location is so conveniently located to all the attractions. The amenities were perfect and parking was easy. What we liked most was the room was so clean and spacious. The property overall was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Room had a fireworks view, which was an awesome way to end the evening. Wish they had coffee and tea available in the lobby for guests.

The staff/team at this hotel were exceptional! Everybody was friendly and willing to help us out every little thing we asked for. The food was fabulous in the breakfast buffet. And the rooms were very roomy and comfortable.
