Prairie Crest Red Deer

Our Family booked This hotel form my daughter taekwondo Compilation. At red deer . I like this place room clean price good deal and staff very friendly.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were super nice. The only issue I had was the hot tub was not working.

Hot tub was not working. Breakfast was not the best.

Overall, I would recommend staying in this hotel to a friend. The age of the property shined through some of the renovations. However everything was clean and as pictured. Breakfast area was small and I attended on a busy weekend. The staff kept up great with turning over tables and replenishing food.

Everything was great, rooms clean, beds super comfortable and very roomy. The staff were great with customer service. I would stay there again. The location of the hotel is good as well.

Not hotels fault, very loud people running down the stairs, very much rude people problem. The hot tub wasn't open. Breakfast was excellent. Felt safe in hotel and overall a good place to stay when in Red Deer.

Good value stay. Very handy to Hwy 2 and most shopping and restaurants. A/C wasn't working. Good+ hot breakfast with real plates, glasses and utensils. We will stay again.

Dated hotel...needs an overhaul. Carpet in the main area of the room (worn) & bathroom had wallpaper that was peeling from humidity. AC worked well & fan semi-quiet. Lots of space in room... but it kinda felt like furniture was missing bc of that ie/was there a couch in there before? Who knows! That's how much space was between my bed & the outside wall 😆... had me questioning things! The walls were kinda plastered / textured (not smooth like "regular" walls) and the room was dim with lamps to try to help the light issue, but only by opening the curtains in daytime did thar solve the problem. We had "connecting" room doors & because of that we heard our neighbours being loud until around midnight. Luckily my daughter fell asleep before then & I'm a night owl or this would have been a problem.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was also very quiet.

Hot tub was not running and was the main reason we picked this hotel. Ice machine not working for our stay. Dirty as well.

Staff was great, but we could here a lot of everything going on in the hallway and elevators

Hotel needs a reno- carpets look dingy. Counters have been replaced (in room & bathroom) so the rooms look ok. Breakfast was disappointing but served it's purpose. No fresh fruit. Hot tub wasn't functioning when we were there. Ok for a night in transit but I wouldn't likely book here again.

Staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were awesome. Rooms were old and outdated. Bathroom smelt like mould and sewage with no air flow. Definitely needs a renovation. Good location. Upside beds were decent.

I’m ok with our stay. I’m a little bit disappointed, since the hot tub was unavailable. The breakfast was l also not great- I understand the food is frozen, but I didn’t expect the taste to be that bad. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Parking is good, breakfast is perfect

Check in was friendly and efficient. There is lots of parking, and a smaller sized pool. The breakfast was ok, coffee was hot, and there was a variety of basic foods you would find at a hotel breakfast like this, I would pass on the bacon. The room was quiet and comfortable. Located in a shopping plex. Overall good experience.

Run down room, needs lots of Reno’s, bathroom old, fridge door barely stayed in, poor lighting, tv screen/picture kept turning off, very loud, dog barking next door, hot tub closed whole 3 days we were there, bed were comfortabke and breakfast was good atleast. Wouldn’t recommend IMO, there lots other other options in Red Deer

Low end hotel If they were more flexible I would say worth it but late catch out fees are a joke Basically dirty and not flexible Breakfest well done considering it is a low end location
