Excellent stay all around. We were here for 5 nights visiting family. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, too expensive. There are lots of places within walking distance with a full breakfast for 1/2 the price. Would definitely stay there again

The room was very uncomfortable, the bedding was not clean, and I slept until I had red rashes on my neck and body. The towel cannot be cleaned thoroughly, and hair is still hooked on it. The room service knocked on the door at 10:30 in the morning and came in, disturbing our rest. That's terrifying.

The hot tub was out of order, there was no prior notice of this just a note in the pool area. Had to switch rooms 2 times, first time was due to the furnace coming out of the wall with exposed electrical with a huge amount of heavy dust, the second room change was due to unsafe broken desk chair that tipped all the way back (luckily no one got hurt) and the room being a low floor above a event smoking area that was very loud and smelly, we discovered this when returning to our room after a long day in the evening which was extremely inconvenient to do with a young child at the time of night. The hotel did very little to compensate us for the inconvenience, they gave us free breakfast on the last morning.

Our original room had an ant issue but management resolved the issue very quickly and moved us to a even a better room. They gave us a complimentary champagne because we were celebrating our anniversary. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I am gluten free so GF options was limited especially for breakfast. The entertainment was fantastic as well. We did not use the pool or tub at this hotel. Overall, the staff and management were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely return this hotel.

We stay here regularly on our yearly trip to the island. The rooms are great - comfortable and clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is very good. The neighborhood feels welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommended!
