Fauld's Motel

No decent hotel asks you to pay before your stay. I have been travelling for over 70 years and this was a horrible experience. Only stayed after seeing on my arrival because it was close to an event that we were going to. Would never recommend it to anyonel

It was very unsatisfactory, lighting was not good, no coffee supplies just a machine, no kleenex, telephone not working, worn out carpet no drinking glasses. Just plain run down and tired. Would never go back.

The counter guy was rude inpatient and like he was mad we interrupted his dinner. And the web site said 65$ taxes included and when we went to pay it was $89.00. The coffee machine had nothing in it but there was one. There was also cockroaches or some beetles crawling on the furniture.

Parking is very big for trucks, which was good to park my truck. Cheap price and clean room nothing more I could have asked for. Special thanks to the man at the front desk

Room was cleaned nicely, the employee actually turned ac in my room on before I came which was nice as yesterday was hot. Room was affordable.

The gentleman working was very friendly, he went over and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable as I was nervous about staying alone at a motel so far from home. He was incredibly kind and helped me get checked in no problem.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with hotels.com and I left without staying the night. The key was unnecessary since the door didn’t lock from the outside, only the inside. The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. I had to speak to the “manager” because they couldn’t figure out what to charge me even though it was clearly labeled on the web site. I asked for a quiet room away from noise because I had to get up early and was given a noisy room. I mentioned that the room was noisy as it was getting late and I was told by the staff person that “people are living their life”. There was no suggestion about changing rooms to accommodate me. The TV either didn’t work or I couldn’t figure it out and it was suggested that I was going to bed soon so he would consider coming by later for the tv (if necessary) even though it was going to be difficult to sleep with noisy neighbors. The room was uncomfortable, old and in mediocre to lousy condition. I don’t know how clean it was since I left before finding out. The room was very inexpensive and that should have been my clue there would be some problems, but it seemed to have good reviews so I took a chance. I guess you get what you pay for but I would prefer a refund!

Very helpful. Even gave me a heater, which it turned out thatI I didn't need at all.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Perfect room for this price, I stayed in room no 20 and I found it THE BEST!
