Staff were very nice and friendly. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. It's the same things and quality as any other free continental breakfast at other hotels. The pillows were mediocre at best. Or maybe I just had bad ones. Not sure. Overall the hotel is very nice. Clean. And the staff were great. The pub has good food.

Had a 4 night stay with family. We enjoyed the stay, rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is kept clean and staff are friendly. There is a daily breakfast buffet for an extra fee which has a full buffet but the only thing is that there are the exact the same things daily. It was delicious but different types of eggs and maybe bacon occasionally instead of sausages everyday would have been a great option. Other than that, the stay was great.

Great location that was an easy commute to Commonwealth Stadium. Restaurant was good and rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is showing its age a bit but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff. Clean. Convenient location. Restraunt and bar are both good. The beds and pillows could have been nicer, firmer. Amenities are good. Small pool and steam room. Decent place to stay for an affordable price.

There was trash in the room from prior guest. Hair in the shower and a facecloth on the sink that I had not used yet. Also only had one bath towel I had request additional towels. This was the executive suite that I paid $300 a night for. Pool also closed so didnt get to go swimming. Worst stay ever.
