Four Points by Sheraton Halifax

Very clean room, well maintained daily. Friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located near boardwalk. Great food selection at the restaurant. Highly recommend!

There was no room service. Could order from restaurant but no room delivery so had to pick up food. The service was fast and they called when it was ready for pick up. For the cost of the room, it would have been nice to have room service.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Mid-range pricing and amenities. Does the job, nothing fancy. Free breakfast, food is okay, location of restaurant is somewhat strange. Noisy downtown street with many big trucks driving by.

The Service was great and the staff very helpful and any concerns or issues we had were very quickly solved. I would go back to Four Points in Toronto and Halifax again.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Halifax and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent—close to the waterfront, restaurants, and many local attractions. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One area that could be improved is the fitness center. While functional, it could benefit from additional equipment and some modernization. The restaurant and bar area is spacious, comfortable, and inviting, but it seemed surprisingly quiet during my stay. It may be worth exploring ways to create a more vibrant atmosphere and attract more guests to enjoy the space. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would happily return on my next visit to Halifax.

everything was absolutely fantastic , from staff to room, to location. We were extremely happy and would recommend the four point to anyone travelling to Halifax.

Great location and staff.

The only comment I have is that the hotel bar/restaurant is very inconvenient. The multiple hallways and door to get to it is so far out of the way. Every time we went there, it was so quiet. Not easily accessible from the street either. The staff and atmosphere were SO amazing and the food was fantastic. I feel sorry for the staff because they should be making more money. I would suggest considering a relocation for the restaurant in the future. Most hotels have a lobby bar....this was the complete opposite. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back!

If you start off your menu with BACON and cheese omelette put bacon in it, all there was is a little grumble of bacon, very disappointing

The staff were absolutely wonderful, the location was perfect, just a few steps from the boardwalk. Food was ok in the hotel restaurant, but the restaurants on the boardwalk were amazing!!!

First time staying at this hotel. Great location near the waterfront. Lots of restaurants around. Room was clean. Booked with the included breakfast which was amazing. Small restaurant attached to the hotel and great menu. Would stay again.

I love this hotel because it’s close to our favourite restaurants. Parking is simple and easy. Close to the waterfront to take walks and explore.

The property was very clean but, the restaurant/bar was in a very poor location on the 4th floor through many hallways and doors. Just as difficult from the outside to find and I think because of this, the restaurant was almost empty but the staff was lovely.

Great stay!

We always stay here because of the location. Sometimes we love our room sometimes it is a little tired looking. This time was fine. But just a hotel room. Was only two nights. So no interaction with staff Last time we are in a corner suite with separate bedroom. Loved it.
