Fantastic 1-night stay!
Beautiful mansion with friendly staff in an attractive neighbourhood. Our lovely room with balcony was super comfortable and clean.
Fabulous continental breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate available all day next to breakfast room.
Excellent, chronological write-up of the Hochelaga and local history on a wall in reception area. Easy walk (800m) to ’Chéz Piggy’, a cool litte restaurant in a beautiful limestone building down an alley. Best to book, we didn’t but were lucky to dine at the bar and watch the amazing barkeeper :-)

Very charming room. Bed was smaller than we’re accustomed to but comfortable. Breakfast offerings were delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Lovely hotel, fantastic room- only down side is the rooms are not soundproof and if there is someone above you they are like a herd of elephants, this can’t be helped as the buildings is really old

The Inn is a historic bed and breakfast that was featured on the haunted walk we took which was very cool! Our room was decent but comfortable for one. There was one comfortable chair and the bed was quite high so a challenge to sit on if you are a petite senior. There was soap shower gel etc. for one and only one bedside table. Parking was an issue - only 9 spots when there are 22 rooms. There was free parking on the street and in a municipal lot but only from 5 to 9 am on the street and until 8 am in the lot. No sleeping in if you’re in the lot and street parking wasn’t always available. This said, the staff were great, the breakfast was great, the location was great and the common areas were beautiful.

The inn is very quaint. Our room was clean and characterful with lovely furnishings (although you really sink into the couch!). There was a good assortment of food at their continental breakfast. The staff were okay but not overly friendly.

Hochelaga Inn is an old house with unique and lovely rooms and very warm and welcoming staff. My husband and I have stayed there three times and each visit was delightful. The breakfast was included and the food was very high quality and offered many healthy choices. So we will likely stay there again soon.
