Everything about our stay was great

Great overall. Restaurant was understaffed for breakfast. Other than that, a wonderful stay. Super convenient for the airport.

Ability to dine was vert limited.

The only concern was how loud room 537 was at night when the other rooms heater was on - we turn our off at night and it was so loud from the other room - veryhrd to sleep

The airport shuttle was exactly on time. The staff were very friendly. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it has always been very clean.

Room was comfy and clean. Nothing special. Lobby was lackluster, but staff was friendly. On site restaurant was better than having no option, but was pricier than it should be.

Very nice hotel, clean and great shuttle service to the airport and back.

Convenient for a stay when flying out of airport.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food for dinner but didn't try breakfast. Room large and clean with fridge, microwave, safe, nespresso, robes. Really liked the soap, lotion, condition, shampoo - peppermint sage scent made by indigenous company. Only issues - parking lot really full, stand around bed dangerous for banging legs, no glasses for water and no lids for coffee cups. Also water pressure in shower was not good unless saving water - in that case kudos to hotel.

Staff were excellenr ! Room was extremely clean and well sized.

Glass cups would be nice in the room. Room and cleaning staff are great.

Stayed here 1 night before and 1 night after our trip down south. Paid extra to park our car on site and use the shuttle service to get to/from the airport. First night was fine but when booking the shuttle we were told it only runs once per hour on the hour. It doesn't allow much flexibility, either arrive at airport much earlier than needed or cut it super close. Return night was awful. We were told to wait until we had collected all our bags before calling for the shuttle, so we did. Called for a ride just a few minutes after midnight, front desk told us to wait by post 37 and the shuttle would be 10-12 minutes. We hauled our stuff out to the pickup point, I waited while my family went back inside (it was -15). 25 minutes later, shuttle still hadn't arrived. Called again and was told that he picked up someone else because we weren't there (which was a lie) and they'd send him again. Driver finally showed up close to 12:45 (40 minutes after 1st call), seemed annoyed and grumpy with us for using the service. I told him we were waiting for over 40 minutes which he denied and said he'd only got the phone call 10 minutes earlier. Check in was fine but staff was rude with no apology or understanding that making people wait in -15 weather is not good service. To top it off, room keys didn't work, we back to reprogram them, still didn't work, asked for a different room so we could get some sleep. Finally got in room at 1:40am. 1hr40m after the original call.

Loved the walk in shower, cleanliness, shuttle convenience and friendly staff

Check in was smooth. Parking and airport shuttle was very organized. Clean and relaxing stay. No complaints.
