The hotel was lovely but there was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night and all the clients were outside in the cold for over an hour without any manager talking to us. Fire engines took a long time to arrive and then it took a long time to get back to our rooms at 3 am. There was never an apology or explanation given even the next day. That is poor management.

The valet guys made our trip !! Their kindness, attention , friendliness made us feel like coming home after a long day. Waiting for our cab with us, always smiling. Those are things that you can not buy in life. Staff like that are what makes an hotel go from good to absolutely amazing !!! Greeting to the young boy that worked Thursday and friday , and to the more older gentleman that worked Thursday afternoon/night. Sorry forgot their name.

Very lovely and comfortable. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it was all well done. The bed was comfortable but that down comforter was possibly great for winter..,but much too hot for summer. I overheated several times throughout the night, which is unusual for me. But all in all, it was a great location and a nice stay!
