Hotel Moncton

I really felt myself disrespected. The room for my opinion was below the basic. It look like projected for one person. If you were a couple you need to share a night light ( the room had only in one side), to share the nightstands ( the room had only one ) even the soap ( had only one), no wardrobe, no iron etc. The toilet door was damage and you will choose to leave open or to make a lot of noise during closing it. The bath towels were very small and thinny. But the worse part of all of it was the second day, after make present to the front deck for our worries a day before we thought they will fix sth but when we turn back in the room in the 8:30 pm we found the room like we left in the morning no clean , no setup the bed no take out the trash and no reflection on our complains at all.( because the hotel policy is if you need to clean the room must request on the front desk) . Never get this kind of rule in all hotels i visit all around the world. Really I did not read that notice in the front desk and nobody mention to me that we have this unike policy for cleaning the room. They were very careful to send a message to me before going there to have a valid ID but not to say this different rule they apply. But, let put aside everything, how come when I made complain for soap they did not reflect. This is very small thing but it tells me with how much respect they treat the people. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends

Not the hotel for seniors unless you get a room on the ground floor as there is no elevator. Breakfast was amazing for the cost of the room.

Breakfast was great, a bit better than just traditional continental breakfast. Room was clean, even though somethings were quite warmed out, like desk chair leg was almost broken. Thought the staff was quite friendly.

The place is a dump, its out dated and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You can hear people walking the floors, and hear the floors creak. The breakfast is justas bad, i left having a slice of toast. Do youself a favor, pay the extra and atay at a chain.

The room was very nice. There wasn't alot of options at the breakfast.

Le chauffage a l eau chaude fonctionnait le premier soir le 2 eme c était mieux réservé pour 3 personnes des serviettes pour 2 personnes plus savon ds la douche pas de verre ds salle de bain pise de courant fonctionne mal ds salle de bain par contre le déjeuner etait bon mais je n y retournai plus!

Bathroom sink very very very slow to drain. Bath towels were perfect size for my 4 year old granddaughter. Not for an adult. They were so thin you could see through them.

This was our second stay at this property. The room we had this time was not as good as the last. There was something wrong with the bed frame and I kept feeling that I was rolling into the middle. There were a couple of sticky/dirty spots on the curtains and they didn’t completely cover the window opening. The towels are ridiculously small and thin.

It was vintage looking and appeared to be in the process of being updated. Parking was good, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean

The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and was quite good.
