Nicely updated room with comfortable bed and lovely quiet effective heat pump to keep the room cool from the afternoon sun coming in. Floor was very squeaky so felt bad for those underneath us when up in the night. Breakfast was great but in a small area so was a bit chaotic to get your food. Lots of seating though. All in all a great place for us to stop on our trip and would stay again.

The place was not clean and the breakfast was horrible. Sorry will never come back!

Great room

This our 4th summer staying at Hotel Moncton. Have always enjoyed our stays with no issues. My daughter loves the outdoor pool and how close it is to all the activities we come to Moncton for. This time we stayed in the ground level which we haven’t in the past. I liked being able to park outside our door but I didn’t like how loud everything was. You could hear people walking all night on the 2nd floor outdoor walkway and the room next to us had their TV so loud it was like we were watching it with them. Breakfast was amazing as always and staff in the breakfast area are super friendly

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a great selection. The pool looked like it has been well maintained and clean. 100% be back again. Thanks friends!

Breakfast was excellent. Property could use a facelift

Excellent location, right beside magic mountain and the zoo. The rooms were very clean when checking in. The breakfast room was extremely busy, and food would run out quickly so getting their early is the best bet. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit et avons ajouté deux autres nuits. Les lits étaient très confortable, le personnel très gentil et services à la réception en français très apprécié! Le café et le petit déjeuner était bon. La seule petite chose qui nous avons moin aimé c'est le plafond mal isolé car nous entendions les gens marcher en haut.

Nice place, have a no night stay due to some car issues, breakfast was okay. Pool was okay also. Good place to stay for a few

It's basic but well run. The sheets are clean and the beds comfortable. There isnt any conditioner in the bathroom so pack your own. The staff are always lovely and so sweet. Great place to stay for a quick stop over or with kids.

Try to include laundry service with the stay , Include Elevator in the property,it's hard to lift the Baggage to Upstairs

The room is new and nice. The staff is rude. The outside of the hotel is not good.

This was always our go-to place to stay in Moncton but they took out the doors going outside to the parking lot and now you have to go out into the hallway and walk all the way around to get outside. That is a deal breaker

Clean room, approchable staff

This place is a nice motel. I think they are renovating, our room had carpet but others had flooring. If they update it all to flooring it would have been even better. I’m allergic to carpet. They were very welcoming and provided a nice buffet breakfast. I wish they had bacon as an option ( only ham and sausage). Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would stay here again.

It was a summer time stay and the weather was especially nice so having a clean, well maintained pool was very nice! Also, the A/C in the room worked very well.

Seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing way to spend morning.
