Great location. Best hotel if you attend an event at the Bell Centre. Easy to walk to most attractions and very close to Metro station. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Good restaurants for different budgets close by, also grocery store around the corner. Just wish Sheraton Hotels in general would change the scent of their body care products. Overall great hotel.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service thanks to their staff. The location is 10/10 if you are attending a concert and/ or event at the bell centre. The restaurant inside the hotel, the Stanley, is also wonderful.

I had an excellent stay at Le Centre Sheraton Montréal. The customer service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is another major highlight, as it’s centrally located and within easy walking distance of many downtown attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montréal and would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel in the heart of Montreal. The hotel itself is sparkling clean as was our room. I love that there are still touch’s of by gone elegance but beautifully modern. It is steps away from the Bell Centre which is what drew us here in the first place. Many wonderful restaurants close by as well as a large Provigo grocery store. We had a standard two double room but it was a very good size with a huge bathroom. The room and bath were the cleanliness hotel room I’ve ever been in. All the staff greet you with a welcome smile and acknowledgement. Self parking was so easy and worth knowing your car is secure. My adult son and his friend used the pool and sauna. They said it was very nice. Only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order. There is a StarBucks in the lobby as well as the hotel restaurant. Sub way station steps away and two blocks from the underground shopping plaza. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton!

The room was very clean, hotel was very central, and beautiful. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Loved how valet wasn’t too pricey, and we prepaid for breakfast, and it was delicious. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend this hotel, especially if going to an event at the Bell Centre, or just want to shop.
