The location is excellent, we loved the self check-in, the area is perfect, the room was beyond expectation. Parking is a little inconvenient.

설명글을 제대로 확인 못했었는데 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 캐리어가 많거나 무겁다면 계단을 통해 직접 들고 올라가야합니다. 그리고 셀프 체크인을 해야하는데 위챗으로 정보를 준다고 합니다. 근데 위챗이 안깔려있어서 체크인 방법을 몰라 좀 당황했었습니다. 방 컨디션은 좋았고 위치도 올드퀘백 걸어다니기 좋았습니다.

Check-in was difficult since the code for room was not working. Windows did not close and latch properly.

The whole no front desk thing was weird, and nerve racking, but it did work. The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Just be sure to fill out that check-in form SUPER early.

Great location. Limited parking and at an additional cost.

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. The A/C likely did not work well, so they put a portable unit in. This would have been OK, but they attached the exhaust to posterboard and duct taped it to an open window - the tape did not hold - rather tacky. It would be a very nice place if cleaner and a working A/C unit. The bed was nice and the location is great.

Dust on lamps and baseboards. Very noisy plumbing when you shower

Accès facile, chambre propre mais un peu bruyant (ch près de l’entrée). Un bac de recyclage serait un plus.

Ordinaire. Moisissure sur la céramique de la douche dans la salle de bain, des cheveux partout, les draps du lit tachés. Endroit vieillot.

I love the proximity of Les Plaines, St-Jean street, Cartier and the whole FEQ. Could easily walk to Chateau Frontenac. Staff was super helpful and friendly but some renovations will be necessary soon, better AC and a few more parking spots

Loved our stay here! Very close to the Quebec Summer Festival which we had tickets to. We were able to go by foot from the hotel!

Bien situé et confortable, mais pas de stationnement disponible directement à l'hôtel. Il y a un stationnement public disponible cependant à pied très proche. Seul détail, on est venu changer la climatisation dans la chambre sans avertir avant, on m'a seulement informé par texto une fois que c'était fait mais nous n'étions pas au courant de rien avant.

When we arrived, it warm in the room. I texted to ask how to turn on the a/c. We did not get a response, but we eventually got it to come on. We left to go walk around Quebec and returned at 8:10. The air had shut off while we were gone & the room was warm again. I texted again & did not have a response by the time we went to bed. We opened the window to try to get some air. We received a text around 10pm, that I didn't see until morning. They asked if we had it figured out. I replied to let them know what happened & asked if we could even just get a fan to move some air. We left for breakfast & to do a bit of sight-seeing. They texted as we were walking back. They asked if we would like to change rooms (this was around 11am) I said yes. She said she would get back to me. We were trying to plan our day & didn't want to wait, so I asked if there were any updates. She said they would send a maintenance person to check & hopefully fix it so we wouldn't have to move. We left to go enjoy our time. We got back & it was on, but not coming out cool & shut back off again. She again asked about changing rooms. I said yes, we would like that. We had the room door open since it was cooler in the hallway. The maintenance man came back to check. I again just asked for a new room. He got it to come on & then it shut off again 45 min later. They finally gave us a new room around 7PM. The air worked great in there. Someone took our parking space the last night. They gave us a refund on that.

Nice vibe and helpful staff.

Loved it! Fantastic location, room was quaint and smallish but when in Quebec City... life becomes chill snd time spent inside your room is far less. Hosts responded to my inquiries very fast. Highly recommend this stay!
