Marriott standard, but this property needs a refresh. Walls are paper thin. Can hear neighbours having s*x; quite annoying especially since this hotel caters mostly to people on business.

My stay was excellent - everything was clean and well kept, and all staff were extremely nice. The breakfast buffet was on the pricy side ($35), but the food was so good and there was lots of variety. As a vegetarian, I appreciated seeing things like a tofu scramble. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm, and both were on the 18th floor with city views all around, which was pretty cool considering most pools are down in a basement somewhere. There was lots of parking underground, but it was expensive too ($55). Overall, really good stay, and I’d definitely stay here again

Hotels and staff were good. Nice big suite. Do not buy food as a room service. I know there are so many more options around to get better food, and that is why we thought the hotel room service would be at least at par. We got duck and fish … both were left and not finished. Just terrible, duck was way too salty and fish with undercooked. We ended up getting Uber eats.

Staff were outstanding, front desk, valets very thoughtful. Room was clean, beds comfy but coffee was lacking and the wi-fi thing i our room was beeping all night, between that and some people having a good time acrosa the hall we did not sleep that well.

Very clean, excellent service, friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the pillows. I found them to be very hard and uncomfortable, but everybody’s preferences are different. My husband didn’t mind them at all. We had breakfast included with our rooms and it was excellent. Very close to the Eaton center; probably a one minute walk very close to the corner of Young and Dundas. I would stay there again.

A wonderful stay all around. Service was consistently excellent - from a smooth and welcoming check-in, to the attentive valet team, to the great service from the wait staff at Trios both during the day and in the evening. The location is also perfect, with restaurants, shopping, and many attractions within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.
