Monte Carlo Inn - Brampton Suites

All great!

In the middle of the night we were awoken because water was loudly filling the tub which seemed to be coming from the tub in the room above us - so basically, that rooms used bathwater was somehow draining into our tub. We reported this to the front desk and they claimed they had never heard of this happening before. I read some older reviews of the hotel and found at least one mentioning the exact same problem, so sounds like they haven't been doing anything to fix it

All good. Have stayed at this location multiple times. Convenient location.

Hotel is very outdated and has a strong smell of humidity. The smell of humidity in the room from the old carpet was very strong. Many items such as bedsheets, curtains, toilet, etc.. were stained. Toilet made extremely loud noise for 3 minutes after it was flushed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent location, right next to a Walmart and a Zurich bus stop. Breakfast was poor. No hot dishes, no eggs, just bread and orange juice. The oatmeal was not edible.

staff was often not communicative. I had an allergic reaction to carpeting in my room and i also got locked out of my room 3 times without prior notice or explanation

The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was polite and kind and even helped us with cutlery when our meals didn’t have any.

It was beautiful

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast cafe staff was very accommodating. Beds comfy. Gym had old machines and lacked weights. Otherwise, nice stay.

Friendly staff, clean room & they offer a continental breakfast. Good deal for the price.

Rooms are spacious and clean, family friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. The staff greeted us kindly and were pleasant throughout.

Better gym

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated, but unfortunately the facilities themselves are quite dated and not very well maintained. The room I stayed in was non-smoking, but it had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. While the cleaning was okay, it was clear that the carpet was very old and the ceiling showed visible water damage marks. The most disappointing part of the stay was the “free” continental breakfast. For the price of the night, and considering the hotel’s excellent rating on the app, I expected something much better. Instead, breakfast options were extremely limited. Hot items such as eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, or pancakes were only available for an extra cost. The breads and pastries provided were not fresh—they were cold and seemed like they had been stored in the fridge. On top of that, the small selection that was available was often out at the buffet. For the relatively high rate I paid, the experience did not match the advertised quality. I booked this hotel based on its high rating, but was unfortunately very negatively surprised. To top ir up almost a month later and the security deposit is still as pending in my credit card.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff but there was dried toothepaste in the sink, the jetted tub did not work and had nasty particles in it, there were strands of hair in the shower. Bed was comfy, the room was spacious. The location was easy access by car (same for parking). Overall, it was fine but due to uncleanliness we will not be booking again.

Second stay, I would definitely use this hotel again.

This is our go to. However, the suites on the main floor I was not pleased. We kept being woken up to by loud noises in the hallway during the night which made our visit this time, unpleasant. The toilet kept making water noises therefore our sleep was not the best experience as we normally have. Next time I will ask to not to be on main floor . Other than that, Monte Carlo Still, is our go to.
